Built from the Culture.
Built for the Stage.

StageHaus isn't a company that works adjacent to live music. It's a company that came from it — from the festivals, the floors, the load-ins, and the moments that make this industry worth being in.

Where StageHaus Comes From

StageHaus was founded by Shelby Wayne — a producer, manager, and logistics operator with 10+ years of experience across live events, artist management, and production. Based in Tulsa, booking nationwide, and built on a foundation of real relationships and real work.

The name came from the culture. StageHaus is where the work happens — backstage, in the advance call, on the production floor, at the merch table. It's the operational layer that makes the art possible, and it's where Shelby has spent a decade building the skills and relationships that StageHaus is now built on.

The company is in its first chapter. That means intentional growth, strong fundamentals, and a long-term view. Every artist we work with, every show we advance, every system we build — it's all in service of becoming the production company that festivals and artists call when the stakes are high.

"The best production is invisible. Nobody in the crowd thinks about load-in. They just feel the moment. That's the goal — do the work so completely that the only thing anyone experiences is the music."

The Culture That Shaped the Company

StageHaus is built for a specific world — the festivals that define what live music can be when production, art, and community are all treated as equally important. These are the benchmarks.

Electric Forest

The gold standard for production-meets-art. From Ranch Arena to the forest installations, Electric Forest proves that the logistical and the magical aren't opposites — they're the same thing done right. That's the operating philosophy at StageHaus.

Bonnaroo

The benchmark for community-driven festivals at scale. Bonnaroo showed what happens when logistics, culture, and artist experience are treated as core product — not afterthoughts. The bar it set for what a well-run festival looks like is one StageHaus holds itself to.

Lost Lands

A fully realized world — the Prehistoric Stage, Wompy Woods, over a million watts of bass, and an immersive theme that turns Legend Valley into something else entirely. Lost Lands is what happens when a single vision is executed without compromise. That level of production is the aspiration.

EDM, Funk, Bass, Jam — and Everything Between

The StageHaus sound spectrum is wide on purpose. EDM energy and jam band soul. Bass music and funk roots. The crossover between genres is where the most interesting artists live — and where StageHaus has the deepest experience and the clearest vision for what great production looks like.

  • Deep understanding of EDM and electronic music production culture
  • Jam and funk scene relationships built over years of real engagement
  • Bass music and festival subculture knowledge from the inside
  • Cross-genre booking and routing experience across markets

The Values Behind the Work

These aren't marketing words. They're the operating principles that every decision at StageHaus runs through.

Artist First

Every recommendation, every system, every call — made with the artist's career and wellbeing as the north star. Not what's convenient for us. What's right for them.

Operational Excellence

The details that nobody sees — the advance calls, the settlement documents, the inventory spreadsheets — are where the difference between a good show and a great one is made.

Radical Transparency

Scope, pricing, and expectations in writing before anything starts. Honest about what we can do, what we can't, and where we are in the journey. No surprises.

Long-Term Vision

StageHaus is building for where the industry is going — more independent artists, more direct-to-fan, more festivals, more demand for operators who understand both the art and the logistics.

Built for Scale

The systems, relationships, and reputation being built today are designed to support a full team and larger operations. Every process is documented. Every relationship is maintained.

Culture Over Commodity

Live music is not a commodity. Every show, every tour, every festival is a human experience. We treat it that way in everything we do — from the first email to the final settlement.

Where StageHaus Is Headed

Five active services today. A growing roster of artists. Market relationships in Tulsa, Dallas, and beyond. The next chapter includes full-scale event production, a StageHaus team, festival production partnerships, and a presence at the events that define the culture. That's the goal. That's what everything being built right now is in service of.
