Booking Strategy
Getting the right shows, in the right rooms, at the right price. Nationwide booking with the relationships to back it up.
Booking Built on
Real Relationships.
Booking isn't a numbers game. It's about knowing who to call, understanding what a promoter needs, and being able to pitch an artist in a way that makes the call happen. That takes real relationships — and real relationships take time to build.
StageHaus has spent a decade building those connections across markets. Promoters, venues, festivals, and talent buyers who respond to calls because the relationship is real and the pitches are honest. That's what we bring to your booking.

The Full Scope of Booking
Routing Strategy
Building tour routes that make geographic and financial sense — minimizing dead miles, maximizing guarantees, and stringing markets together in a way that builds momentum.
Promoter Outreach
Direct outreach to promoters and talent buyers with a professional pitch, your EPK, and the context they need to say yes. We know who to contact and how to frame the ask.
Offer Negotiation
Reviewing offers, pushing back where appropriate, and getting deals that reflect your actual market value. Knowing when to take a deal and when to hold out for better terms.
Contract Review
Reading and flagging every deal before you sign it. Deposits, cancellation clauses, settlement terms, merch splits — nothing gets missed, nothing surprises you after the fact.
Festival Submissions
Targeted festival applications and direct outreach to booking teams — with the context, timing, and relationships to give submissions an actual chance of landing.
Market Development
Building your presence in new markets strategically — identifying the right venues, the right promoters, and the right shows to establish you before you try to headline.
Booking FAQs
How do you charge for booking?
Booking is typically charged as a percentage of the artist guarantee — usually 10–15% per confirmed show. For some projects, a flat monthly retainer makes more sense. We discuss structure openly on the first call.
How long does it take to start getting shows?
It depends heavily on where you are in your career and what markets we're targeting. Building relationships and routing takes time. Realistically, expect 4–8 weeks before the first confirmed dates — sometimes faster if the timing and relationships align.
Can you get me on festival lineups?
Festival submissions are part of the service. Whether they land depends on where you are in your career, the festival's programming needs, and timing. We'll be honest with you about what's realistic and what you need to build toward to get there.
What if I already have some bookings happening on my own?
No problem — we can take over outreach and coordination from wherever you currently are. We'll assess what's working, what isn't, and build from there without disrupting what's already in motion.
