Before You Reach Out

What does artist management actually include?

At StageHaus, management means doing the work — rate card creation, EPK and tech rider development, release planning, booking coordination, and growth strategy. It's not advisory; it's operational. We build the materials, make the calls, and execute the plan alongside you.

Can you handle just one show, or is it a long-term commitment?

Both. Show logistics and merch operations can be engaged on a per-show or per-event basis. Artist management and booking strategy tend to work better as ongoing engagements, but we're open to scoped projects too. Tell us what you need and we'll figure out the right structure.

How do you charge for your services?

It depends on the service. Management is typically a percentage of income. Booking can be a flat fee per deal or a percentage. Logistics, merch ops, and web development are scoped and priced per project. We put it all in writing before anything starts — no vague retainers, no surprise invoices.

What if I'm just getting started and don't have much history yet?

Early-stage artists are welcome to reach out. We'll be honest about what makes sense for where you are — some services are more useful at certain points in a career than others. If we're not the right fit yet, we'll say so and tell you what to work on first.

Do you work with festivals and event organizers directly?

Yes — and this is a growing focus for StageHaus. Whether it's production consulting, logistics coordination, or working toward larger event production partnerships, reach out and let's talk about what you're building.
