Show Logistics

From the advance call to the final settlement — every operational detail handled so the only thing you have to think about is the performance.

The Work That Happens
Before You Hit the Stage.

A great show doesn't start at soundcheck. It starts weeks before — in the advance call with the venue, in the hospitality conversation with the promoter, in the travel coordination that gets you there on time and not exhausted. Most show-day problems are advance problems that didn't get caught.

StageHaus show logistics means every detail is locked before you arrive. Load-in time, backline confirmation, hospitality setup, settlement terms — all verified and documented. You arrive knowing exactly what to expect.

Flexible Engagement

Logistics support is available per-show, per-run, or as an ongoing component of a management engagement. No minimum commitment required to get started.

What Makes It Different

Every detail confirmed in writing. Every problem caught before show day. A logistics operator who has been on enough floors to know where things fall apart — and how to prevent it.

What Happens and When

Show logistics is a timeline, not a checklist. Here's what gets done and when.

01
2–3 Weeks Out

Advance Call

Direct call or email chain with the venue or promoter. Load-in time, stage plot confirmation, backline, hospitality, parking, and settlement structure — all confirmed and documented.

02
1 Week Out

Final Confirmation

Follow-up to confirm nothing has changed — load-in time, venue contact, any new logistics. Travel booked, route confirmed, everyone knows where they need to be.

03
Day Of — Morning

Load-In & Setup

On-site coordination with venue staff, backline, and production team. Stage plot executed. Hospitality confirmed. Soundcheck scheduled and protected.

04
Day Of — Show

Show Day Operations

Backstage management, hospitality oversight, production communication, timeline management. The floor is covered so the artist is focused.

05
End of Night

Settlement

Settlement reviewed and verified against the deal terms. Door counts, bar splits, merch percentages — all checked before anyone walks out. Discrepancies addressed on site.
